31. A noble and rich soul, the happiest one, never sees others as bad..!!!
32. Every favorable or unfavorable circumstance that comes is welcomed, for understanding that it is merely the good or not-so-good karma of human existence..!!!
33. If you view life through the lens of wrong, evil, or ugly, it will bring you suffering - the path to the grave.
34. If you see life through the lens of cause and effect, all is impermanent, then only forgiveness and love remain - the path to the Holy Land..!!!
*Whenever someone offends you or karma comes your way, think immediately:
35. Thanks to fully believing in cause and effect, you see karma as clear as reality, and the consequences will come immediately.
Because you see the consequences clearly, you fear even the smallest mistakes.
Because you fear even the smallest mistakes, you do not foolishly harbor anger towards others.
Because you do not foolishly harbor arrogance, greed, or anger towards others - understanding this, the path to the Buddha's realm is no longer far, my dear..!!!
36. Everyone wants to be a good person; no one wants to be a bad person or to hurt you..!!!
Everything is due to the karma you have created..!!!
The field of karma MAKES people act this way..!!!
37. Whenever you feel anger, think immediately:
The person is helping you to repay all your karma to return to the Buddha..!!!
The person is helping your mind to be pure to return to the Buddha..!!!
The person is helping you to be patient.
If you can be PATIENT - you are returning to the Buddha.
If you cannot be patient - you are returning to the earth..!!!
38. The nature of salt is salty. If you expect salt to be sweet, you will suffer..!!! The nature of the human mind is greed, anger, ignorance, selfishness, jealousy,... If you expect people to be compassionate, loving, joyful, and forgiving, you will suffer..!!!
39. A lifetime of reputation can be lost in just a moment of anger..!!!
40. A little anger and ignorance can burn down an entire forest of merit..!!!
41. A moment of anger can be like a venomous snake, killing your life..!!!
42. The only path to help you overcome anger and escape the cycle of birth and death is to live in the Buddha's mind in every situation..!!!
43. If someone cannot use the Buddha's mind to interact with others, you should feel compassion for them, as they are harming themselves: suffering now, suffering in the future, and forever in pain in the cycle of rebirth. Why then should you still be arrogant and angry with them..!!!
44. Everyone wants to be a good person; no one wants to be a bad person. However, due to the karmic conditions created over many lifetimes and the current ignorance, people are compelled by karma to be angry, and jealous,... You must feel compassion because they are causing themselves suffering and will reap the consequences on their sickbed..!!!
45. Only the foolish, ignorant, and lacking in wisdom will be angry with others, remaining in suffering within the cycle of birth and death..!!!
46. Desire, anger, and explosive rage are the most toxic poisons in the world that will destroy both the body and the heart of a person..!!!
47. Always view life through the lens of karma - every adversity arises from the karmic conditions that compel everyone to behave in such a way. This is the cycle of debt and repayment for each individual. Understanding this, you would not be foolish to be angry and receive the fruits of suffering..!!!
48. When adversity arises (when someone insults or harms you,...), if you remain unmoved, calm, and loving, THEN the sweet fruits will come immediately - THIS IS THE TRUTH - THE REALITY THAT TRANSCENDS KARMA - A TESTIMONY OF A SOUL THAT REMAINS UNMOVED IN THE FACE OF KARMA..!!!
49. You will practice until you see that all beings are completely correct - only then will suffering cease. Correct here means following the law of cause and effect - giving and receiving (In the past, you caused others to suffer, so now you must receive the fruit of suffering..!!!)
50. And you will practice until you not only see that all beings are correct - but also feel compassion, only then will you become increasingly happy..!!!
51. If you sincerely LOVE and RESPECT - you will reach a place of peace and happiness..!!! If beings do not sincerely LOVE and RESPECT - they will end up in a cold, desolate grave..!!! The law of cause and effect is always absolutely fair - Therefore, there is only compassion and LOVE and RESPECT - so what is left to be sad or angry about, dear ones!? That is the principle of RIGHT THOUGHT - enough to help you achieve complete happiness..!!!
52. A suffering mind will be reborn in suffering. A happy mind will be reborn in happiness. You must let go of all arrogance and greed to have a mind like the Buddha - unmoving - calm - and joyful..!!! (To resonate with the PEACEFUL BUDDHA LAND.)
53. To escape from the bed of suffering, sooner or later, you must let go of all arrogance and greed..
54. Letting go early - happiness will come early.
Letting go late - who knows, impermanence may come and take everything away..!!!
55. Sadness and anger only add to karma, suffering - piling on more suffering..!!!
56. Anger is no different from drinking poison while hoping others will suffer..!!!
57. You must be the noblest - the happiest person so that your adversaries will regret and suffer - if they do not return to the Buddha Land..!!!
58. If your karmic connection is heavy, you must sincerely REPENT to your adversaries, your opponent in karmic relationships, even if you currently have no fault, but in the past, you caused them suffering..!!!
59. If you want complete happiness, not only must you sincerely REPENT but also sincerely LOVE and RESPECT and sincerely WISH for your adversaries to awaken to the Buddha's teachings to escape all suffering - happiness forevermore..!!!
60. The practice of THREE SINCERELY HEARTS is the wisdom that eliminates arrogance and the most subtle desires - liberating in the present moment - more than the practice of RIGHT THOUGHT, because:
First, the practice of THE THREE SINCERELY HEARTS includes RIGHT THOUGHT, UNCONDITIONAL STILLNESS, and COMPASSIONATE HEART.
Second, if you sincerely practice THE THREE SINCERELY HEARTS, how can the BUDDHA (the LAW OF CAUSE AND EFFECT) allow you to suffer forever?
(At the latest, within seven days, seven months, or seven years - you will surely attain complete happiness - this is the promise of the Buddha - when you UPHOLD THE TRUTH.)
Third, if you sincerely REPENT - sincerely LOVE and RESPECT, and sincerely WISH - especially wishing for those who oppose awakening to the Buddha's teachings - to escape all suffering - and be happy for a thousand years to come...
Your hearts are so pure, yet if you still suffer, then the law of cause and effect is not real, and Buddhism would not have come into existence...!!!
61. Anger and discomfort are signs of weakness.
Forgiveness and love are signs of strength.
62. Anger is of the ordinary person.
Overcoming anger is the mark of a SAINT - it is the victory over oneself - this is the most glorious victory, greater than defeating thousands of enemies...!!!
63. To dare to die is normal.
To dare to live and conquer one's own arrogance and desires is extraordinary - noble...!!!
64. Before getting angry, think immediately of the consequences...
And think of the example of the BUDDHA, who was compassionate and forgiving - how he attained complete happiness...
65. Think of how your father has loved and respected you - how he has given everything - how he has vowed to take care of you and your loved ones, and the happiness he has achieved...
66. Remember: Everyone must go through countless adversities, countless moments of anger and suffering, and to attain complete happiness, one must use the Buddha's teachings to overcome...
67. When unwholesome states arise, if you have used all methods yet still cannot eradicate arrogance, greed, and anger, then remember the truth of liberation as follows:
Always be accommodating wholeheartedly..
Always endure hardship wholeheartedly..
Always live righteously and wholeheartedly..
Karma will not betray your heart..
68. Strive to be the noblest person, and you will surely reap sweet rewards immediately - people will love and respect you - they will honor you immediately - happiness will come immediately - liberation will come immediately..
69. AND MOREOVER - WE HAVE A FATHER WHO IS THE LIVING LAW OF CAUSE AND EFFECT - the Father has affirmed: WHEN YOU LET GO OF DESIRES, SELF-PITY, ANGER, COMPLAINTS, AND JUSTIFICATIONS - you will be happy immediately - THE FATHER WILL FULFILL ALL YOUR WISHES RIGHT AWAY..!!!
70. No matter what practice you engage in, if you ultimately want to escape all suffering and attain lasting happiness, strive to realize the truth: You must become the noblest person - this is the only path to completely eradicate arrogance, greed, and anger.
This noble aspiration will provide you with a strong motivation for practice, allowing you to always feel serene and at peace.
This noble aspiration - is a testament to boundless compassion, which can only eliminate the final subtle traces of desire and anger.
This is an incredibly profound and important teaching; only a Teacher who has experienced and attained enlightenment can possess such insights to help you awaken.
Conversely, NOT DARE TO LET GO OF ALL DESIRES - ARROGANCE, GREED, AND ANGER TO BECOME THE NOBLEST PERSON - WHILE STILL HOPING TO ALIGN WITH THE BUDDHA LAND - IS NOT TRUE..!!!
CAUSALITY IS ALWAYS ABSOLUTELY FAIR, my dear ones..!!!
71. A "GENTLEMAN" - Does not act - when angry.
72. Regularly remind yourself to set intentions - to create a habit - of awareness regarding HOLY QUALITY:
No matter how strong the unwholesome states may be, before arrogance, greed, and anger arise, take at least ten slow, deep breaths in, and exhale slowly and deeply.
After that, practicing the THREE SINCERELY HEARTS method will be incredibly effective - you will surely overcome everything..!!!
